This class combines strength training and conditioning to one workout for surfers and non-surfers alike.  The workout focuses on improving stamina while toning muscles, giving you a full-body burn.

With solo and team-based circuits, this high-intensity workout pushes your limits, burns calories, and prepares you for peak performance in and out of the water and get you to the next level of fitness.
