Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting as self-defence. It is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent.


BJJ at 360MOVE puts you in an atmosphere where you can succeed against an opponent of any size, gain self-esteem and confidence in your skills, and learn to never give up. We will give you the skills you need to feel confident with redirection and assertiveness in any threatening situation.


Our members are first taught how to assess and de-escalate situations without needing to physically use their skills. We know the importance of a healthy mind and body. Beside this you’ll burn hundreds of calories, develop lean muscles, and boost stamina and endurance. BJJ is a high-energy training from start to finish that is fun and engaging for any attendee.

BJJ KIDS 7-14 GI

BJJ has been proven time and time again to be incredibly beneficial for kids. Jiu-Jitsu builds character, discipline, self-confidence, and problem resolution skills. To give a child the life skills to defend themselves is priceless.
